For the first time in more than two years Lenny Lovato Jr. (8-1) will be making his return to the cage at Bellator 91 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Lovato will be taking on Blas Avena in a welterweight contest.

Taking the fight on five weeks notice, Lovato says that fans should expect him back at his normal weight class, lightweight, the next time he steps into the cage.

The bout will also mark the first time that Lovato will be representing his father’s gym, Lovato Total Fitness.
