Exciting weekend of fights! The SWFN staff made the trek up to Buffalo Thunder for the KOTC event. Fortunately we were able to stream UFC 150 cage side to catch a few fights including Goyito’s impressive KO finish.
A few notable fights are coming up for our local fighters. Isaac Vallie-Flagg (13-3-1 MMA) will be facing Strikeforce newcomer Adriano Martins (23-6 MMA) on the September 29th “Melendez vs. Healy” card.
This weekend you will find Jackson’s MMA fighter Julie Kedzie (16-10) facing Miesha Tate (12-3). Also on the card Derek Brunson (9-1) facing Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza (15-3)
UFC 150
Donald Cerrone (19-4) improved his fight record and added another Fight of the Night and Knock out of the Night to his resume with a very impressive first round finish of former teammate Melvin Guillard (30-11). (gif)
Buddy Roberts came up short against the UFC veteran Yushin Okami. Buddy took the fight on a very short notice after injuries plagued the UFC 150 card multiple times.
