A legion of boxing fans packed the Cheenah Lounge at the Santa Ana Star Casino today to see fighters, from a stacked Solo Boxeo: Battle in the Bosque card, weigh in for their respective bouts tomorrow night.
The highlight of the event were separate trash talking exchanges between Albuquerque’s Hector Munoz’, Team Tapia camp with John Revish’s Colorado based camp. and the two Albuquerqueans, Jesus Correa Jr. and Charles Alderete, enganging in a prolonged stare down, that led to a butting of heads (see video). Golden Girl Promotions’ Stephanie Jaramillo was forced to step in and separate the two.
